Frenchie Puppy Guarantee
RENEGADE KENNELS PUPPY SALE CONTRACT (French Bulldog)

Definitions used here in include:
"BUYER" shall here in be defined as: The purchaser of the puppy.
"BREEDER" shall here in be defined as: Kelly V. Gonzales
"PUPPY" shall here in be defined as: French Bulldog Puppy.

For $__________, the BREEDER agrees to sell and the BUYER agrees to purchase a female_____, male ____ companion puppy from the litter described above subject to the following terms.

Payment is to be made in full at the time of the transaction.

BREEDER warrants that the above described puppy/dog is a purebred French Bulldog registerable with the American Kennel Club (AKC) and that registration papers have ____have not_______ been provided to the BUYER as of the date of the completed purchase, together with a true copy of its pedigree.

At the time of sale, this PUPPY is considered to be of "Pet Quality". We offer no guarantee that this PUPPY does not have disqualifying faults now or will not arise at a later date, which would make this PUPPY unsuitable for the show ring or for breeding purposes.

The BREEDER guarantees the above-described puppy to be healthy at the time of the sale.

The BREEDER does not assume any liability for any injury to said PUPPY after delivery.

The BUYER agrees to have this PUPPY examined by a licensed Veterinarian within two (2) days (not including weekends and holidays) of receipt of this PUPPY.

If this puppy is found to have a life- threatening congenital defect or health problem at this exam, the BUYER shall elect to keep the PUPPY or return the PUPPY to the BREEDER for a replacement puppy of equal value if available. If there is not a PUPPY available, then 100% of the purchase price will be refunded, provided the BREEDER is contacted immediately (within 24 hours) after the exam, and this PUPPY is promptly returned to the BREEDER, at no expense to the BREEDER, with a signed document from the Veterinarian stating the defect or problem. BUYER shall be responsible for taking good and reasonable care of the PUPPY until BREEDER receives it. Registration papers given at the time of purchase must accompany the returned PUPPY. BREEDER will not be responsible for Parvo, Distemper or any contagious disease after 48 hours of sale, as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the BREEDER.

BREEDER will continue to warrant the sound health and development of this PUPPY until it reaches six months of age, regarding life-threatening problems. Should the PUPPY develop any genetic/hereditary, life- threatening disorder, the BREEDER would replace the PUPPY, with a PUPPY (of equal value) from the first available litter under the following conditions:
A. BUYER will either provide the BREEDER and her veterinarian with the necessary documentation: test results, written veterinary diagnosis, etc. or this pup will be returned to the BREEDER (BREEDERS option, BUYERS expense) for appropriate veterinary examination and/or "genetic" diagnostic evaluation prior to replacement.
B. If this PUPPY dies due to a "genetic" condition within six months of life, the BREEDER would replace it for the BUYER under the condition that a necropsy be performed by a licensed veterinarian and the report must be forwarded to the BREEDER and her veterinarian for review. The BREEDER & veterinarian may also request the corpse of the PUPPY for further determination of cause of death. Provided the BREEDER'S veterinarian concurs from the necropsy report that the cause of death was due to a genetic condition, the BREEDER will replace the PUPPY.

This warranty is intended to consider serious genetic defects that are unforeseeable at this time. This warranty does not provide for accidental death or dismemberment of this PUPPY.   This warranty does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal:  cherry eye, entropion, “loose hips” skin allergies, elongated soft palate, and stenotic nares (pinched nostrils).  This warranty does not include uneven bites, undescended testicles, demodex mange, inguinal or umbilical hernias, fleas, ticks, ear mites, and coccidia.  Kennel Cough is also not covered, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria.  (Note: After the initial 48-hour guarantee, NO CASH REFUNDS will be given.)

The BREEDER is not responsible for any veterinary expenses.

We will not be responsible for illness or health problems, which are diagnosed after this time period.

All appropriate shots for the PUPPY'S age have been given, and a record of this vaccination history is supplied.

The BUYER agrees to maintain the puppy's health in good condition, and to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, heartworm test, and any other usual procedures necessary to assure good health.

The BREEDER has done everything possible to produce healthy sound puppies both by breeding dogs of good quality and by raising the puppies in the best way possible in regards to diet, exercise, socialization and veterinary care.

BUYER agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this PUPPY and that BUYER will not sell this PUPPY or its progeny to any agent or pet store.

The BUYER agrees that the PUPPY will be an inside dog.

The BREEDER neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, other than those written in the agreement including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the BREEDER and BUYER with respect to this sale. The BUYER'S signature below indicates that he/she has read, agrees and does understand all the conditions of the Sales Agreement and Contract of Sale.

This Agreement is made and signed by both parties to insure the well-being and protection of this PUPPY. If the BUYER breaches any part of this Agreement, the BREEDER is released from any obligations under this Agreement.
